Notcutts Garden Centre transformed their indoor houseplant area with the help of Ivyline's Spring/Summer 2024 collection and in-store display solutions.
In February 2022, the Ivyline team headed to Solihull to complete a full install and merchandise Notcutts Garden Centres’ indoor pot section. Notcutts were looking for ways to improve the shopping experience in the houseplant pot area, and entice customers further into the store.
We installed 22m of our new back wall display shelving, and bespoke POS. The already stunning houseplant collection now has a colourful and styled backdrop to help customers accessorise their plant purchases.
With an extensive houseplant range, the Ivyline shelving, pots, and merchandising have elevated this section, making it easier to upsell and for customers to style up their plants at home.
“...in the first 8 weeks after set up we have seen a swing in sales of +31% verses the same period the year before. The stands look great, the service provided to install them was brilliant and the sales afterwards have been better than expected. We are now looking to roll these stands out to other centres in the near future.”

Indoor planter collections
Our indoor collections for Spring/Summer 2024 (SS24) has planter styles with a great variety of design edits to cover all purposes. From emporium-style terracotta and stylish metal containers to adorn entrances, through to hanging baskets and gorgeous giftable planters for any occasion.
Ivyline’s planters are crafted in Europe, with many being hand-finished or handmade from scratch. This results in a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to items produced in the Far East. Numerous products are made from eco-friendly materials such as recycled glass, metal, sustainable jute, or seagrass, making them an excellent choice for environmentally conscious shoppers. With prices starting at just a few pounds for novelty pots and miniatures, and going up to over £50 for our premium planters, there is an Ivyline product to suit every budget.

Notcutts is a family-owned business founded in 1897 by Roger Crompton Notcutt. Over the years, Notcutt family members pioneered accessible gardening for all, making a wider variety of plants available to grow in any garden.
During the 110 years of Notcutts ownership, Notcutts Nurseries had grown into the largest wholesale production nursery in the country.
